Saige Sound Bath

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound vibrations to bring the body and mind into balance. Using instruments like crystal bowls, gongs and chimes to create frequencies that slow brainwave activity, it gently guides you into a deeply meditative, restorative state. It can help to lower stress, regulate the nervous system and allow the body to begin to repair.

Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a pillow, blanket, and anything that helps you feel comfortable lying down.

While sound healing is beneficial for many, it is not recommended for certain health conditions (e.g., severe tinnitus, epilepsy, pregnancy in the first trimester or pacemakers). By booking, you acknowledge these precautions.
