Saige Pilates Studio Membership Terms and Conditions

Key terms

Your contract start date will activate on your date of purchase.

Contract auto-renewal : 3 Month minimum rolling contract. Every month you will be billed monthly until cancelled.

Cancellation Policy: 1 calendar month’s notice required. Your membership remains active during the notice period. Written notice to info@saigepilatesstudio.com.

Booking rules: Multiple same-day bookings allowed. Please only reserve what you’ll attend so everyone gets fair access. Subject to availability.

Late cancels/no-shows: Our standard 12-hour cancellation window applies and credits will be lost;  repeated no-shows may lead to temporary booking limits.

Non-transferable: For individual use only. Your membership cannot be used by anyone else.

Payment issues: If a payment fails, bookings may be paused until details are updated.

Membership Cancellation & Pause Policy

Cancellations
All memberships require 1 month’s written notice to cancel. Your membership will remain active, and you will continue to have full access to classes, during your notice period.

Pausing Your Membership
We understand that sometimes you may need to take a short break (Holiday or illness). Memberships can be paused under the following conditions:

A minimum of 1 month’s notice is required prior to your next billing date
Pauses must be requested in advance of payment being taken
A maximum of 2 pauses per 12-month period is permitted
All upcoming classes must be cancelled before the pause begins

Your membership will automatically resume after the agreed pause period.
